One of my favorite things in #GirlsClub is bringing top women in business to our community for an intimate conversation and Q&A. We call it Wine Down Wednesday as we all sip, chat and enjoy the girl talk.
Asking for a promotion is hard and scary – no joke. So often we want to ask for a promotion but don’t know how. We can be scared that our boss isn’t going to see us as successful, or as prepared for that role as we do. Or, we’re scared that our boss will say NO.
Inclusion and Diversity is one of the Outreach core values that I hold most dear. Exposure to different perspectives and worldviews is what makes for high functioning teams and strong interpersonal relationships
Authenticity is a magnet. For leaders, for salespeople, for spouses and hell, for movie stars (am I wrong or do we all love the sweet ones like Sandra Bullock that seem so real?)

One of the greatest benefits of #GirlsClub is our bonus activities that allow our community to connect and build relationships with people they might never have met otherwise.
