The conference will be held at the Southwest Airlines Headquarters at 2702 Love Field Drive, Dallas, TX 75235.
The Welcome Happy Hour and Awards Dinner will be held at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities.
If you are attending the Welcome Happy Hour, come as you are! Just hopped off a plane? No worries! The conference is business casual – think Fridays in the office (jeans are perfectly acceptable!) For the awards dinner we will turn it up a notch – whether that means business formal or cocktail attire, you can choose! You are going to find your new best friend(s) at this conference and you’ll want to be photo ready!
Dallas Love Field is located right next to the Southwest Airlines Headquarters and approximately 5 miles from the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities.
We encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttles that will depart from the Hilton and take us to our Conference Location, Southwest Airlines Headquarters. The hotel has valet service for $18 a day.
If you decide to drive yourself or take a ride share – here is what you need to know:
For guest & rideshare arrival, you need to access the west side of campus from Harry Hines, using the Research Row gate which has a guard house. Please use the area in front of Wings’ lobby as your Rideshare pick-up/drop-off location.
You have 7 days to receive a full refund on your conference ticket. After that timeframe you may transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing Kate@factor8.com with the new attendees info. No transfers can be made after October 12th.
