89% of voters said that KnowBe4 offers great paid maternity leave benefits and support for working mothers.
“It is imperative for organizations to understand the importance of diversity. For a technology company to have such emphasis years ago, with 50% of the staff being female, it really let me know that I can grow and thrive here. KnowBe4 also gave me the opportunity to mentor and support women by being on the board for the Women in Technology employee resource group. We all are behind a common goal of empowering women by encouraging creativity, fostering growth, and providing resources for professional development. It has been my mission to take what KnowBe4 instilled in me by working with women to move up into leadership positions. The pattern is then continued by these women empowering other women which grows the overall diversity in leadership in the organization.”

“The thing that makes Outreach stand out is that from the top-down and bottom-up, nobody here believes that we’re just checking boxes with these [diversity & inclusion] opportunities and initiatives. It’s woven into the culture. We hire on values first, and we interview people for the D&I value that we hold so dear. Everybody in the company truly believes it’s a crucial part of our growth, and the future we want to build for the industry.”

The Fivetran Women’s ERG aims to amplify voices of women across all races and sexual orientations while delivering topics that are relevant for everyone at the company. We champion diverse perspectives in every event and initiative so that women at Fivetran can see themselves being supported long term here as well as find the role models within our organization they may be looking for.”

Although we just launched our Belong at Gong efforts this year, we have embodied our #ActNow principle by opening an office in Atlanta to foster greater diversity, launching Employee Resource Groups, conducting a pay parity assessment, and responding to feedback from our inaugural inclusion survey by enhancing our parental leave benefit. We are so proud that we’ve built a culture where 97% of our Gongsters recommend Gong as a great place to work.
