To be chosen as a Protégé, you will need to complete our Protégé Application.

• Once your Protégé Application has been completed, you will receive an email from #GirlsClub within 7-10 business days letting you know whether your Protégé Application has been accepted.
• If you’ve been accepted as a Protégé, tuition is due in full prior to the start of your chosen cohort.
  
• If you’ve applied for a Scholarship, you will still need to pay for your tuition and will be reimbursed in full should you be chosen for a Scholarship.
• Both Protégés and their advocates will receive more information about the program, including calendar invites for the kick-off session, closer to your cohort's launch in January or August.
• You are also encouraged to have an Advocate submit a recommendation form on your behalf. Your advocate is invited to join the live sessions but participation isn't required.

To be chosen as a Mentor, you will need to complete our Mentor Application.

• Mentorship requires 5+ years in a leadership role or completion of the emerging manager certification program with #GirlsClub.
• Mentors agree to a minimum commitment of 1-hour with their protégé each month but many choose to meet more frequently.
• Accepted mentors agree to attend an onboarding call at the start of the program, an all-hands call month tree, and the finale celebration in month five.
• Many mentors continue year after year giving back to aspiring leaders.
