Scholarship recipients will receive a discounted or complimentary seat for #GirlsClub Emerging Manager Certification Program! You will be contacted directly by the sponsor if you are the winning recipient.
The “Only Woman in the Room” Leadership Scholarship
Are you the only woman on your team? Do you work in an environment where there’s little to no female leadership to learn from? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
#GirlsClub is here to help women step into leadership — even if their workplace hasn’t provided the support they need. We are proud to offer a limited number of scholarships that cover 99% of the cost of our Emerging Manager Certification Program — meaning recipients will get access to this $3,000 program for just $30.
Who Should Apply?
- Women in sales, marketing, customer success, or RevOps
- Individual contributors OR managers with no formal leadership training
- Those who are the only female on their team or lack female leadership at work
- Women ready to build confidence, skills, and connections to level up their careers

As #GirlsClub continues to grow and evolve, we are more focused than ever on representing ALL women—with a particular emphasis on historically underrepresented groups, including women of color, LGBTQIA+ women, and individuals who identify with or align with femininity.
While it is widely recognized that women, in general, are underrepresented in sales and sales management, the statistics are even more staggering when we consider these groups. Recent studies show that only 11% of women who become managers are women of color, and LGBTQIA+ women make up just 1.6% of managers, with even smaller representation in senior-level roles.
#GirlsClub is proud to offer the “We See You” FREE Diversity Scholarship. This scholarship is about just that—seeing, supporting, and uplifting women who often face additional barriers to leadership opportunities.

Lynn Parker Scholarship
Lynn Parker was a #GirlsClub Thought Leader as well as a close friend and role model to #GirlsClub Founder, Lauren Bailey. She encouraged Lauren to build #GirlsClub (“No, you’re not crazy!”) and even flew in from the UK for the Generation 1 finale conference. Unfortunately, Lynn Parker was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed away in October 2021. She left behind an enormous crowd of friends and family wondering how to fill the “queen-sized hole” she left in the universe.
To celebrate her contribution and help us keep her bright light lit, Lauren and Lynn’s nieces, Oleta and Mia Scott, will choose an annual recipient of the Lynn Parker #GirlsClub Scholarship. This scholarship will cover half the tuition cost for a seat in the 2025 Emerging Manager Certification Program.
Applications for the Lynn Parker Scholarship are due by March 7th, 2025. The winner will be notified via email by March 14th, 2025.
