Let’s talk layoffs. Losing your job sucks.
There’s no sugar-coating it. It’s an unfortunate by-product of a recession – and NO industry is immune to it.
In fact, within the first 4 months of 2023, nearly 271,000 layoffs have occurred, which is a nearly 400% increase from the same time frame in 2022.
The truth is, layoffs affect everyone in the company (not just those who lost their jobs).
Whether you were recently laid off, are trying to lead your team through a potential recession, or you’re feeling uncertain of what’s to come in your future, you will want to watch this timely, 1-hour, informative session on “Tips For Navigating (& Surviving) A Layoff”.
We’re sharing:
- How leaders can motivate their teams before and after a layoff
- Advice for those who remain with the organization and face “doing more with less.”
- Survival tips for anyone who was recently laid off
Take a breather, grab a drink (coffee? wine? We won’t tell ), and join us for our next webinar. Let’s weather this storm together!
