We are so thrilled to announce that #GirlsClub has officially launched. Since we first announced its inception a the 2018 AA-ISP Leadership Summit, we’ve received overwhelming support and excitement about the program. We’re unbelievably honored.
For the uninitiated, we are #GirlsClub – a 9-month training and mentorship program whose one goal is simple: change the face of sales leadership by providing the confidence-building support and skill training needed for high-performing women to advance their careers. Our program offers 1:1 mentorship, award-winning Factor 8 training provided by The Sales Bar, live webinar events hosted by some of the industry’s top women, and a welcoming community of women who are eager to improve themselves and reach their career goals.
We’re so proud to welcome nearly 80 high-performing women as our First Generation of participants, and honored to have about 150 selfless men and women who have volunteered their time and expertise to mentor and provide thought leadership for our inaugural class (yes, men too!).
