Erika is most well known for her radical transparency and her people-centric approach to Human Resources.

Lori Dunn is a sales leader with a deep desire to propel the energy transition and track record increasing organizational revenue and reach. Judy is the Senior Vice President, Americas Sales, Pegasystems Inc. leading the go-to-market teams for client relationship and solution consulting across the major industries and all client sets. Prior to joining Pegasystems, she held numerous leadership positions, most recently as the IBM Managing Director for Citigroup as well as Morgan Stanley. She was responsible for global IBM teams and senior client relationships to drive cloud, AI and modernization programs. Judy is passionate about Women’s Leadership and chair of the Iona College Women’s Board and is an active member of the Women’s Bond Club and Women of Power & Passion.
